Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred

Training: Preferred but not required. Must participate in ongoing continuing education.

Brief job description: (this is not a complete job description)

• Assist tenants with aspects of daily living as determined by the service plan.
• Provide reminders to tenants as determined by the service plan.
• Perform or assist tenants with basic services such as light housekeeping and laundering of bed linens.
• Perform assurance checks to ensure tenant safety as assigned per tenant service plan.
• Report tenants physical or mental changes and requests to the Assisted Living Director and/or DON.
• Promote and assist as needed with activities and social events.
• Always follow tenant rights policies and procedures.
• Review and follow each tenant’s individual service plan.
• Always follow HIPPA and confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Help prepare the dining room, serve food, and complete the clean-up of the dining room after mealtime.
• Perform any cleaning duties assigned during scheduled shift.

Pay: $14hr (+) $2/hr shift differential beginning at 2pm.

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20-40 per week
