Program SupervisorIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)Richmond University Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to oversee operations of our OMH Youth ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) program. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with all program regulations, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, and trauma-informed care to youth and families in both community and clinic settings.Responsibilities:Direct, coordinate, and supervise all program operations, including clinical services, program planning, monitoring, and evaluation.Ensure care is person-centered and trauma-informed in accordance with the program's Operating Certificate and the clinical needs of clients.Represent RUMC in the community, collaborating with public and voluntary service agencies.Ensure compliance with Federal, NYS, and NYC laws, regulations, and program standards.Facilitate regular staff meetings, including training, case presentations, and group supervision.Provide ongoing staff supervision and consultation as needed.Maintain regular communication with psychiatrists, nurses, clinicians, and physicians involved in client care.Ensure adherence to RUMC policies and New York State Mental Hygiene laws regarding patient care, clinical records, child abuse reporting, HIPAA regulations, and related standards.Monitor staff productivity, record compliance, outreach policy, and treatment reviews.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:LCSW or LMHC-D licensure requiredDemonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a behavioral health or clinical program setting preferred.Strong knowledge of person-centered, trauma-informed care practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and with external agencies.Salary: $90,000 - $95,000, Grant Funded Program Employment Non-Discrimination: Richmond University Medical Center is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment and provides full and equal employment opportunities to all employees and potential employees without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions and needs including lactation accommodations, physical or mental disability, age, immigration or citizenship status, veteran or active military status, genetic information, or any other legally protected status.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
