Position Summary
The Senior Accountant will assist the Controller by ensuring the accuracy of financial records, leading month-end close processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring GAAP compliance. They will also analyze financial data, manage account reconciliations, assist with audits, and often supervise junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial statements
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and financial trends
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX and internal controls
• Support audits and regulatory filings
• Mentor junior accountants and assist with training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and reporting. .

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting 
• At least five (5) years of experience as an Accountant
• Possessing advanced knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
