Minimum of 4 years. Required Skillsets: •Comprehend Construction Drawings/Prints •People Management •Organization, Schedule/planning, Progress reporting •Communication with Contractors Management and 3rd parties •Computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data entry and Uploads. Job Description: To act as the Owner’s representative to oversee the civil and structural aspects of the solar plant construction. This position is responsible for ensuring the adherence of the EPC to all Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Performance expectations as defined by the EPC’s Scope of Work and contractual commitments. Job Responsibilities: •Review Safety Documents and Policies •Review Contract Documents (Scope of work) •Review Civil/Mechanical Drawings and Specifications •Review and Ensure SWPPP is installed and Maintained per Permit •Ensure EPC schedules Pre-Cons for New Tasks •Review Civil/Mechanical Checklist •Attend EPC Safety, Craft Tailgates and Management Meetings •Perform daily field walks and observations with field crews •Perform QA/QC inspections and walkdowns on construction activities •Monitor Unifier Uploads by EPC •Complete QA/QC inspections in Unifier per frequency and activity completion •Track Open Action Items or Punchlist EEO: “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
