Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold or be eligible for Michigan School Psychologist licensure before the new school year begins
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Prior experience with K-12 populations is strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt and effectively manage a diverse caseload
• Strong assessment, collaboration, and intervention planning skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Comfort with working in a team environment and supporting school initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
• Support the implementation of behavioral and academic interventions
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure student success
• Maintain appropriate documentation and uphold ethical standards
