As a Surgical Technologist Certified, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring completion of case carts according to preference cards
• Communicating effectively with operating room and sterile processing staff
• Reviewing daily schedules to identify potential delays and issues
• Coordinating with materials management for supply utilization
• Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call
• Strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring flexibility and coordination
