Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic, polished and hardworking candidates for an outside Territory Manager sales position in our Richmond, VA office. The role focuses on new business acquisition and offers opportunity to grow into a Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Prospecting new business (B2B cold calling and door-to-door). Develop and utilize CRM for lead generation and activity tracking. Sell and set up new accounts. Manage accounts you sell. Requirements 0–2 years of sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or communication). Involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended. Enthusiastic, energetic, polished and professional appearance. Determined to be part of a winning team. Burning desire to be successful. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $40,000+ per year. Uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursement for gas receipts.
