To learn more, go to the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team focused on building a cutting-edge MarTech product. You will own one of the product areas as an individual contributor while actively shaping the overall roadmap and delivering impactful customer experiences. This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.ResponsibilitiesDrive day-to-day product execution, ensuring timely delivery of features.Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions.Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, aligning with business objectives.Define clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics for new features.Use data and KPIs to measure product performance and inform prioritization.Align product initiatives with business goals through stakeholder collaboration.Identify and mitigate risks in product delivery.Support go-to-market activities with marketing and sales teams.Drive post-launch evaluations and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.Provide mentorship to junior product managers or associates when needed.Qualifications4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or related field.Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.Comfort using AI tools as part of everyday product work.Preferred SkillsExperience in MarTech or B2B SaaS products.Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices.Experience conceptualizing, shipping, or enhancing AI-powered product features.What We're Looking ForA proactive, self-learner who is curious and ready to tackle complex problems.Someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and drives initiatives forward.A team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement.Benefits & PerksUnlimited PTOExcellent medical, dental, and vision coverageEmployee EquityEmployee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!!The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.Zeta considers applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual's sex, race, color, religion, age, disability, status as a veteran, or national or ethnic origin; nor does Zeta discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.We're committed to building a workplace culture of trust and belonging, so everyone feels invited to bring their whole selves to work.
