Title: Senior Product Manager, Enterprise AI Governance

Location: Hybrid, Midtown Manhattan, NYC

Office expectation: Two to three days per week

Compensation: The base salary range is $175,000 to $185,000 annually.

The Opportunity: Zaddy Solutions is recruiting a Senior Product Manager for an international software company building an enterprise platform for governing and securing AI-agent connections. The product acts as a centralized control layer between AI clients, agents, enterprise tools, and internal data. It helps organizations manage trusted connections, provision tools, enforce authentication and role-based access, protect sensitive information, monitor activity, and maintain auditability.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. The Senior Product Manager will own customer discovery, product priorities, roadmap development, requirements, delivery, release decisions, and adoption. The product is operating within a fast-moving and developing market, so this person must be able to make practical decisions without waiting for perfect information.

What You Will Own :

Customer Discovery and Product Direction

• Work directly with customers, prospects, sales, and customer-facing teams to identify meaningful product problems
• Distinguish between isolated requests, recurring customer needs, and larger market opportunities
• Combine customer feedback, usage information, commercial context, and technical constraints to guide product decisions
• Develop a clear point of view on where the product should go next and why

Roadmap and Prioritization

• Own the product roadmap from prioritization through delivery
• Make clear tradeoffs across customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and available resources
• Separate immediate customer needs from longer-term platform investments
• Define phased solutions that address the current problem without creating unnecessary long-term complexity
• Keep engineering, design, leadership, and go-to-market stakeholders aligned around priorities

Product Definition and Delivery

• Translate customer problems into clear requirements, workflows, desired behaviors, and success criteria
• Work closely with engineering and design as a peer throughout discovery, solution development, and release
• Clarify questions quickly and make timely decisions when constraints or new information emerge
• Maintain enough structure and documentation to support execution without introducing unnecessary process
• Ship meaningful improvements and evaluate whether they solved the intended problem

Product Adoption and Go-to-Market

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and technical customer-facing teams on product launches
• Develop clear positioning around customer problems, capabilities, limitations, and intended use cases
• Represent the product in customer conversations, partner discussions, and industry events
• Use adoption, product usage, customer feedback, and commercial outcomes to guide iteration

Technical Product Leadership

• Develop a working understanding of how AI clients, agents, tools, integrations, permissions, and data flows interact
• Work through technical product decisions involving APIs, authentication, access controls, security, observability, and enterprise integrations
• Ask informed questions and learn unfamiliar technologies quickly enough to make credible product decisions
• Translate complex technical concepts into practical customer and business outcomes

What We Are Looking For:

• At least five years of product-management experience
• A track record of owning and shipping customer-facing software products
• Experience taking products or major features from discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption
• The ability to work closely with engineers and contribute credibly to technical product discussions
• Strong customer-discovery, prioritization, and product-decision skills
• Evidence-based judgment using customer research, product usage, business context, and technical constraints
• The ability to reach practical decisions under real time, resource, and architectural limitations
• Experience proposing phased solutions that balance immediate customer value with longer-term product direction
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical, customer-facing, and executive audiences
• Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor within a small, autonomous, and lightly structured team
• Curiosity and the ability to develop genuine depth in a new technical domain without requiring extensive hand-holding
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Candidates should also bring meaningful experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Agentic AI, LLM-powered features, tool calling, or AI-enabled workflows
• APIs, integrations, connectors, or developer platforms
• Cybersecurity, identity, permissions, governance, or compliance products
• Observability, automation, data infrastructure, or other technically complex enterprise platforms

**You do not need to have experience in every area listed above.

The Senior Product Manager will be close to customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market execution. This is not a management position or a role focused primarily on maintaining process. Location: This position is hybrid in New York City. Candidates must be able to work from the Midtown Manhattan office two to three days per week.
