Youth Program Manager, Alpha - $200,000/year USD

Responsibilities Facilitate one‑hour live workshops on life skills and social‑emotional learning (SEL) for K‑8 students. Conduct daily motivation sessions to ensure 100% of students reach weekly application targets using age‑appropriate motivators. Develop, observe, and coach Guides so they deliver workshops with comparable intensity and accuracy. Analyze Coachbot data and student records to identify students needing support and provide direct intervention. Mentor assigned student cohort, modeling coaching and motivational techniques expected of all Guides. Maintain documented advancement of student groups and Guides; resolve underperformance in real time. Oversee campus operations as the campus grows, transitioning from operational executor to coaching strategist. What You Won’t Be Doing Creating lesson plans or developing curriculum. Delivering traditional lectures; your role is 80% motivation, 20% content expertise. Compromising standards under parent or administrator pressure. Spending majority of time handling administrative tasks in an office. Waiting for extended performance reviews; outcomes visible in real time. Basic Requirements Currently residing in or willing to relocate to one of the designated locations. Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline (Master’s preferred; teaching certifications not required). Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable field. Experience creating and executing educational programs, curricula, or training frameworks. History of managing a team of 5 or more individuals, including recruitment and performance decisions. Coaching, mentoring, or delivering constructive feedback to improve engagement. Professional experience with youth aged 5–14 in educational or developmental settings. Ability to leverage data and metrics for continuous improvement. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Nice‑to‑Have Requirements Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or Business. Experience as an athletic coach, camp director, or youth program coordinator with measurable goals. History of coaching adults in performance‑based roles.
