Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Manage resources including stock, and staff
Lead recruitment, training, and appraisal of kitchen staff
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Motivate and support your team to meet performance goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and teamworking skills
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
Resourcefulness and confidence in managing kitchen operations
Enthusiasm for leadership and setting a positive example
Proficiency in managing stock control
Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability on day shifts
ServSafe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
Previous Chick-fil-A restaurant, kitchen, or leadership experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
