Die SetterDirect Hire | $25+/Hour | 1st Shift | Cleveland, OHBuild Your Career with a Leading Automotive Supplier!Champion Personnel is hiring an experienced Die Setter for a well-established metal stamping manufacturer serving OEM and Tier 1 automotive suppliers since 1986. If you have progressive die setup experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is an outstanding direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits and employee ownership. Shift & Pay?? Location: Cleveland, OH (East Side)?? Pay: Starting at $25+/hour?? Schedule:Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMOvertime available on Fridays (½ day)Direct Hire PositionWhat You'll DoSet up and change over progressive dies on stamping pressesRemove and install dies while ensuring proper alignmentAdjust feed mechanisms and press settingsRead and interpret blueprintsInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring toolsTroubleshoot stamping equipment during productionComplete setup documentation and production paperworkEnsure parts meet quality specifications before full production beginsWhat We're Looking For? Previous die setting experience in a metal stamping environment? Experience with progressive dies and stamping presses? Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings? Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment? Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills? Ability to lift up to 60 pounds?
