Job Description: As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will play a key role in managing a caseload of personal injury matters prior to litigation. You will work closely with firm partners, case managers, and clients to drive case progress, facilitate settlements, and ensure our clients receive top-tier representation from day one. This role requires strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You\'ll have a direct impact on case outcomes and client satisfaction, making you a vital part of our legal team.
