IT Project Manager III

IT Project Manager III
This position is a contract role requiring onsite presence in Charlotte, NC, Richmond, VA, or Jacksonville, FL. The IT Project Manager will coordinate technology implementations, upgrades, and recovery projects. Responsibilities include managing resources, balancing technical and soft skills, and ensuring timely milestone delivery using enterprise change tools.
Coordinate project resources across various business lines. Identify and mitigate potential issues to keep projects on schedule. Present project progress and issues, offering solutions and receiving feedback. Manage stakeholder expectations and project priorities effectively. Maintain accurate records of inventory detail updates.
Basic understanding of telecom deliverables, such as voice technologies. Five years of experience in technology delivery, governance, or change management. Excellent communication and engagement skills, including senior leadership presentations. Adaptive learning capability for new systems and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
