Compensation: Up to $60,000/year

Ready to lead in a fast casual café that runs on great food, great people, and a healthy work-life balance? We're looking for an experienced Cafe Assistant Manager to join a team near Laurel, MD. If you've built your skills in catering and fast casual dining, you'll feel right at home here.

In this role, you'll help run daily operations, manage catering orders, lead a talented team, and keep service sharp—all without late-night hours. You'll own scheduling, stay on top of inventory, and create a welcoming environment where guests want to return and staff want to grow.
