Administrative Assistant

$18 per hour

Office Assistant (Admin)

Location: Laurel, MD

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Full-Time)

Pay: $18/hour with opportunity for increase after training



Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a highly respected client in Laurel, MD to hire 2 Office Assistants . This team thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment-and they're looking for individuals who embrace that energy .

This role is all about personality fit first . The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, positive, and ready to tackle new challenges every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Input and manage customer orders in internal systems
  • Follow up with manufacturers to ensure timely processing
  • Update shipping timelines and project deadlines
  • Track parts and maintain order status updates
  • Support the sales team with email communication and administrative tasks

  • Flexible and "go-with-the-flow" in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
