Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to students specific needs, both individually and in groups
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and update treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students communicative and academic development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
