Technical Solutions Engineer

Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 4 years of full-stack software development experience, with a demonstrated history of building web or mobile applications that deliver strong user experiences
• Experience explaining technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to write clean code in multiple programming languages and read code that may be less well structured
• Availability to support users during local working hours, with occasional weekend coverage for critical infrastructure monitoring
• Preference for candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones
• Clear, concise writing skills
• Strong general software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to learn new languages and frameworks quickly
• Experience teaching or mentoring developers
• Comfort working independently with limited supervision
• A degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, or a related analytical discipline is preferred

• Support external developers as they build applications on our infrastructure across multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, Go, NodeJS, .NET, ReactJS, React Native, Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java for Android
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues through channels such as email, ticketing systems, internal trackers, community forums, and real-time chat
• Create, update, and improve internal and external documentation, sample projects, integration demos, and code snippets that show best practices for using our platform
• Identify developer pain points and partner with engineering teams to improve our products
• Take part in planning sessions, design reviews, and development meetings with adjacent engineering teams
• Build and maintain internal support tools for our broader support organization, including LLM-based copilots and administrative utilities
• Serve as a developer advocate and internal learning resource by delivering training and answering product integration questions in real time
• Learn our products and support approach quickly, with guidance from the team early on, and later help coach others across the organization
