Account Manager | Direct Hire | $50k base + commission | Omaha, NE | On-site

Job Description:

This is a relationship-focused opportunity supporting the growth of an established Long Term Care insurance division. The individual in this role will work closely with insurance agents, financial advisors, and producers to help grow business, provide product support, and build long-term partnerships. This is not a high-pressure cold-calling environment. The department already has active business and established relationships in place, allowing the right person to begin building commission income quickly.

The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and enjoys consultative sales, account management, and relationship development. This role offers strong long-term growth potential within a stable and team-oriented organization.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, advisors, and producers
• Educate partners on long-term care insurance products and available solutions
• Support agents throughout the quoting, application, and policy process
• Provide product information, illustrations, and case support
• Maintain accurate client and producer records
• Follow up on opportunities and assist with ongoing account management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and professional experience

The base pay for this position is $50,000 annually plus uncapped commission, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow for future growth.
