Agent Technology Support Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing remote support for agent inquiries, the full-time Agent Technology Support Specialist will troubleshoot sales technology issues, document resolutions, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities. Key responsibilities Troubleshoots basic to moderately complex sales technology issues via phone, email, or Zoom Documents issues and collaborates with subject matter experts to resolve escalated problems Identifies and distributes self-help documentation to assist agents with self-service options Required qualifications High school diploma, GED, or 2 years of equivalent work experience Basic knowledge of sales technology tools and processes Ability to prioritize issues and think critically through problems Experience assisting with small projects and minor software enhancements Familiarity with Microsoft Office or related software
