In this fully remote role, you’ll be at the heart of the pre‑employment screening process, conducting reference interviews and employment and education verifications that are a critical component of ensuring our clients have the best candidates for their open positions. What You’ll Do As a key member of our Operations team, you will: Conduct professional reference interviews on behalf of our clients Contact employers, educational institutions, and references to verify candidate information Review and validate employment and education claims, identifying discrepancies when necessary Handle inbound and outbound calls related to verifications and reference checks Provide exceptional client support and respond to inquiries in both French and English Prepare, proofread, and edit reports to ensure accuracy and quality Deliver completed verification results through our online platform Collaborate with team members to support client needs and service delivery Contribute to special projects and other operational initiatives as required What You Bring We’re looking for a motivated professional who is dedicated to accuracy, excellent communication, and delivering outstanding service.
