Bilingual French Roadside Assistance Agent

Fluent in both French and English, the full-time Bilingual French Roadside Assistance Agent will assist customers in real-time by handling incoming and initiating outbound calls to provide support during their moving process, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist customers by managing calls and coordinating with roadside assistance service providers Follow established methods and procedures to ensure customer safety and satisfaction Meet quality-related metrics and goals while handling customer inquiries with professionalism and care Required qualifications Fluency in both English and French Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills Ability to express empathy and compassion in customer interactions General knowledge of U.S. and Canada geography Willingness to incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
