Food and Beverage Manager

Club Location: Lantana Golf Club - Lantana, TX Arc Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate food and beverage activities, including delivering a high‑quality product and maintaining established operational standards. Effectively lead staff to ensure quality service is delivered and that tasks are completed in a timely manner and to the appropriate standards. Ensure tools and equipment are operating properly and that staff receive proper safety and job skills training through group training, on‑the‑job training, communication, meetings, etc. Assist in the selection, development, leadership, and retention of talented food and beverage staff. Assist in ensuring that financial targets are being met and appropriate accounting procedures are consistently followed. Ensure food and beverage staff are providing excellent guest service. Maintain constant communication between departments and keep other departments informed about special programs and events. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills. Experience supervising others and leading a team. Excellent customer skills. Working Conditions Will often be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. May step in and support in key positions as needed.
