We are seeking a talented Food and Beverage Manager to lead operations at the newly reimagined Hotel Bar. The Hotel Bar offers a vibrant yet cozy atmosphere, featuring classic cocktails, small bites with a Florida twist, and live music on weekends. Looking for an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for mixology, exceptional guest service, and the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team in a luxury bar and lounge setting. Responsibilities Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service and marketing to maximize profits. Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation and implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Help ensure high standards of quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
