You are at the forefront of industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients. You are an expert at executing on strategic plans. You consider yourself to be very adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships and are equally capable of applying those interpersonal skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members. These skills enable you to thrive on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives.Responsibilities include:Partner with clients across the High Tech industry to implement new processes and technology in their organizationsLead execution teams to meet the needs of clients; Draw on industry best practice to inform recommendationsCreate and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with High Tech clientsInitiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partnerManage responses to RFPs and support business development effortsMentor junior members of the High Tech Consulting team and groom them for more responsibilityTravel as needed up to 80%Here's What You Need:A Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 8 years professional experience consulting for or working in the High Tech industryMinimum of 5 years experience at a consulting firmBonus Points if:You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degreeStrong client communication skillsA proven track record of delivery on complex and impactful client engagementsSpecific experience delivering programs in at least one of the following areas: platform transformations, Cloud transformations, and/or the execution of large-scale functional transformationsPrior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)Operations experience with companies in the Semiconductor Value ChainFront end Planning or Operations experienceBack end Planning or Operations experienceSemiconductor equipment manufacturing Planning or Operations experiencePLM/PDM product management experienceCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
