Compensation: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00+ / year (High Commission Structure)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Location: Maryland Region (Target Market)

Go Ecco Climate Control is expanding, and we are looking for sharp, driven In-Home Sales Comfort Consultants and Sales Crew Managers to join our team. We don’t do cold calling, and we don't do door knocking. We provide you with high-quality, pre-set, and qualified appointments every single week. Your only job is to walk in, build rapport, and close the deal.

What We Are Looking For:

A minimum of 1–2 years of successful in-home sales experience (HVAC or Solar sales is a massive plus!).
