Neuropsych Sales Specialist - Detroit, MI

Neuropsych Sales Specialist (Territory: Southfield, Hamtramck, Detroit, Grosse Ile, Taylor, Southgate, Newport, New Boston, Romulus, Dearborn, Redford) Responsibilities: Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff across all levels. Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing. Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff; provide product and patient education. Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to unique needs to achieve sales targets. Review/analyze sales data to develop territory plans and use promotional budget. Maintain a call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers). Address external market challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales strategies. Take creative, calculated approaches to improve performance in assigned geography. Achieve sales goals and complete required administrative duties. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field). At least 1 year full-time, documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred. Preferred skills/abilities: Proven market accomplishments; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology. Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; new product launch and broad therapeutic area experience preferred. Background, motor, and drug screening required. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Travel: Regular travel, including possible overnight/weekend travel. Compensation/benefits (highlights): Starting salary: $88,000–$160,000 annually; eligibility for sales incentive plan.
