We are seeking a Non Medical Caregiver/ PCA to become a part of our team! You will provide routine care to clients at the clients home, or in a care facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care
- Monitor and report changes in health status and care
- Personal care, such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, tidying up living areas etc.
- Offer and provide companionship
Qualifications
- Experience in home health or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients and caregiving team
- CNA licensing is not required
We have clients in the Hernando ($16/hour) , Oxford and Batesville areas. We have some clients with short shifts but most are 12 hour shifts. Pay is based on client and starts at $14 an hour to upwards of $17 an hour. We do require a background check and drug screen.
