About the Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
