APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANT NEEDED – $18-20/HR

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment while creating a great experience for residents and prospects.

Leasing Job Duties:

• Touring apartment homes and community amenities

• Assisting prospective residents through the leasing process

• Answering phones and assisting with administrative tasks

• Helping residents with questions and service requests

• Assisting with lease paperwork and applications

• Supporting marketing efforts and resident events

• Helping create a welcoming community atmosphere

✅ Leasing Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience required

• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines

• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or similar software is a plus

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

• Team player willing to jump in and assist where needed
