WHO THEY ARE:

Founded in the 1970s in Capitol Hill, our client expanded our mission to provide affordable housing in neighborhoods like Belltown and the Central District, focusing on both residents and the community. Since their establishment in 1976 by activists fighting against redlining, they've grown to own nearly 50 apartment buildings across Seattle and White Center, providing safe homes for over 2,000 residents and earning numerous awards for our work. Our commitment to community building has allowed us to develop strong relationships with local organizations, artists, and businesses, and we continue to enhance our offerings to benefit both our residents and the neighborhoods we serve.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Managing office files, supplies, and equipment, while serving as the first point of contact for communications via phone and email.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and maintain accurate data in our databases.
• Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination, all while delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their inquiries.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm

• Pay: $24-26.50/hr DOE
• Close access to public transit.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.

• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer applications and tech-savvy
• Strong communication and punctuality is required to be successful in this role.
