Job Title

Pay Range: $26.38hr - $27.77hr

Requirement/Must Have

• Detailed knowledge and expertise about service offerings, related products, and application domains.
• Professional technological, economical, or scientific know-how, methods, tools, and principles.
• Good knowledge in a technical field or business method including basic theoretical background.
• Basic business understanding and awareness of expected value add.

Responsibilities

• Improve business operations and support critical project issues.
• Support strategic innovations regarding service offerings and portfolio innovation.
• Maintain close interaction with various management functions.
• Support acquisition activities with detailed technical know-how on complex issues.
• Adhere to and enforce internal processes, rules, public standards, and regulations.
• Solve assigned, non-routine tasks and contribute to projects or assignments.
• Support the development of guidelines, methods, tools, or business processes.
• Deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self-managed and target-oriented manner.
• Analyze, develop, test, or implement processes, technologies, and systems in a specific field of expertise.
• Provide functional advice to and integrate services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.
• Improve processes, business methods, or technical components.

Qualification And Education
