Service Greeter Opportunity

Nimnicht Buick GMC has been serving the Jacksonville, Orange Park, and St. Augustine communities for over 80 years. Our sales team and mechanics provide top-notch service, and we are looking for a smart, energetic, and reliable Service Greeter to join our family.

The Service Greeter will assist customers bringing their vehicles for service appointments. The greeter will work directly with Service Advisors and the Service Manager, performing tasks such as:

• Greeting customers at their vehicle in the service lane
• Checking mileage and confirming appointment details
• Walking customers to the Advisor area to finish the check-in process
• Assisting in completing loaner paperwork while the vehicle is in service
• Organizing appointments for the next day
• Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
