Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Facilities Clerks to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in warehouse operations.

In this role, you will support warehouse cleanliness, recycling efforts, and waste disposal while assisting with pallet organization and operating warehouse equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

Collect and dispose of cardboard, trash, and pallets throughout the warehouse.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse work areas, offices, break rooms, restrooms, loading docks, and parking lot.
Remove trash from warehouse bays and underneath pallet storage areas.
Assist with pallet organization and maintain pallet flow for warehouse operations.
Coordinate with warehouse clerks and forklift operators when products need to be moved.
Operate warehouse equipment safely, including:

Cardboard baler
Trash compactor
Floor scrubber
Motorized conveyor
Pallet wrapper

Follow all company safety procedures and recycling guidelines.
Perform additional warehouse housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Entry-level positionwarehouse experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequently bend, squat, stoop, push, and pull.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including heat and cold.
Ability to work overtime when needed.
