JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for performing highly diversified craft trade activities with a focus on Masonry under general supervision.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience and working knowledge in concrete installation and repairs.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Vocational Degree from an accredited institution
• Two years' experience of a skilled trade or general building maintenance
• OR
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

• Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required for this position, temporary permit required to start

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of post- offer employment drug sceening
• Position is subject to OTETA Drug & Alcohol Testing
