The Payoff: Performance = Paycheck

This is a 100% commission-based role designed for hunters, not spectators.

Typical First-Year Pro: $60,000 $100,000
Elite Performers: $190,000+ annually

You aren't just selling "closets." Youre transforming lives by designing custom home offices, garage cabinetry, sleek pantries, and luxury wall beds.

Own Your Schedule: Total flexibility to manage your time and your life.
Pre-Qualified Heat: We provide the training and the appointments; you provide the "Yes".
The Territory: From the shores of Bellingham to the heart of Olympia.

Are You The One?

We aren't looking for "order takers." We want driven, organized, and persuasive who pair a systematic approach with a genuine passion for making the deal happen

Must-Haves:

Experience: 2+ years of high-level in-home consultative sales.
Grit: You love the 100% commission environment and take accountability for your results.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM, and basic CAD.
Mobility: Reliable wheels to get you to appointments across the Seattle area.

Bonus Points:

A background in space planning, remodeling, or interior design.
A "rolodex" of builders, architects, or designers.

Training Start Date: September 24, 2026

Our next paid training cycle kicks off at our Bothell, WA location on May 1st. We provide the technology and the toolsyou bring the fire.
