Responsibilities

Welcome clients and answer incoming calls, ensuring a pleasant customer experience by providing courteous and efficient service.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly through professional communication and problem-solving skills.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products and services to confidently address customer questions and needs.

Process policy renewals and updates, ensuring that all customer information and documentation are accurate and complete.

Assist clients with claim submissions, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service consistency.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services by understanding customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Customer-Focused: A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
