Medical Billing Manager

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Medical Billing Manager will oversee multi-state revenue cycle operations, lead a high-volume billing team, and optimize revenue collection while working remotely. Key responsibilities Directly manage and mentor the medical billing team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability Oversee the end-to-end billing and collections process across multiple states, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations Manage high volumes of daily claims, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing the clean claim rate Required qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of experience in medical billing, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role Proven track record of managing billing operations across a multi-state footprint Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume claims environment Advanced proficiency with medical billing software and EHR/EMR systems Excellent Excel/data skills
