What You'll Do

Lead the Store: Run both FOH and BOH seamlessly, keeping operations sharp and service classy.
Connect & Communicate: Act as a clear, positive link between teams; must be able to converse comfortably in Kitchen Spanish.
Own the Shift: Manage peak hours with ease, including full availability for nights and weekends.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure every guest receives a warm hello and a premium dining experience.

What You Bring

Solid experience in full-service or upscale dining.
A strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Pluses: Table service experience and full bilingual skills.
