Escrow Assistant

You will work closely with experienced Escrow Officers, real estate agents, lenders, and clients to help deliver exceptional service and seamless closings. Competitive compensation and benefits package. Location This position is onsite based in the Sacramento area. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in opening new escrow files and processing transactions. Prepare and review escrow documents and instructions. Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction. Order payoffs, demands, and necessary closing documentation. Ensure accuracy and completeness of files while maintaining timelines. Schedule signings and support closing logistics. Provide responsive, high‑level customer service to all parties involved. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Customer‑service mindset with a positive, team‑first attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred Experience Experience with escrow/title software is a plus. Prior escrow, title, real estate, or administrative experience preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully consider multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job‑related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $23.00 – $25.00 hourly. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
