Salary Range: $23$26/hour

Fully Onsite, Monday Friday

LHH is partnering with a financial services organization in Sacramento to hire a Loan Servicing Specialist to support a high-volume loan operations team. This role is critical to ensuring loan transactions are processed accurately, reconciled daily, and completed on time.

This team is looking for someone who understands the pace of loan servicing and can step in with a high level of accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and board commercial and mortgage loans into the loan system
• Support loan funding and servicing activity, including payments, payoffs, and construction draws
• Reconcile general ledger accounts such as loans in process, suspense, and escrow
• Manage loan maintenance, including non-accruals, charge-offs, and recoveries
• Handle inquiries related to loan payments and account activity
• Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant loan files
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily processing deadlines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in loan servicing, loan operations, or a related banking function preferred
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment
• Ability to reconcile accounts and work with basic financial calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with loan servicing systems is a plus
