Phlebotomist III - FloaterJob Location: Alpharetta, GAJob Duration: 6+ month contractShift: Mon – Fri, 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM EST – Flexible hoursJob Description:The Phlebotomist III – Float represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.This role requires drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while adhering to established practices and procedures.The Phlebotomist III – Float has direct contact with patients, helping to build trust and confidence while performing blood collections in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.This position provides coverage at multiple locations and in various roles such as Patient Service Centers, In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP), Mobile, and Long-Term Care.Candidates must be able to act as a lead on-site and support onboarding for new clients and employees.This role often supports complex and high-volume practices, requiring excellent communication and collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Lab Testing, IT, Billing, and Logistics.
