This role provides creative leadership and direction for the visual brand of Wellspring Church across communications strategy, ensuring all messaging supports the church's vision, ministry goals, and organizational priorities. Oversees church-wide communication channels, campaigns, content development, paid advertising, and audience engagement while maintaining consistent brand standards. Collaborates with ministry leaders and creative teams to deliver effective communication projects, analyze performance, improve engagement, and develop staff and volunteers.
