Security Officer Patrol Responder

Position Title Security Officer Patrol Responder Location: Cincinnati, OH Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.68 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, following store location policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or customer concerns in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, escalating issues according to location protocol. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, stockroom corridors, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor for suspicious behavior, trespassing, theft‑related concerns, and/or other security‑related incidents, and document observations in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines. Support access control and opening and closing activities at the location, including observing restricted areas, assisting with crowd flow, and/or reporting maintenance or hazard concerns to site contacts. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
