Intake Paralegal (Remote)

Overview A Personal Injury Plaintiff Law Firm is hiring an Intake Paralegal. The position offers a remote hybrid schedule (2-3 days from home). Responsibilities Interview potential clients who have been injured (e.g., auto accidents, negligence, slip and fall, dog bite). Gather supporting documents (medical records, police reports, incident reports). Work closely with the client, litigation paralegals, and a personal injury attorney to ensure a smooth process. Coordinate appointments and assist in scheduling meetings. Opportunities and Training There is opportunity for advancement. The firm promotes from within and provides instruction on preparing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and complaints. Additional training may include scheduling hearings, mediations, or depositions. Advancement is based on performance. Qualifications Paralegal certificate or degree in Legal Studies is strongly preferred Or 1+ year experience working in a law office Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone, by email, and in person Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Thrivas Staffing Agency
