The flexible work hours primarily fall from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, although some adjustments may be required to accommodate patient needs.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients’ needs, forming the basis for personalized treatment plans.\n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective care to individuals, couples, and families.\n Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to equip patients with valuable skills and social support, addressing collective mental health concerns.\n Collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health staff is vital to providing cohesive and holistic patient care.\n Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring prompt support during mental health emergencies.\n Educate clients about their mental health conditions and empower them by discussing treatment options and available community resources.\n Maintain rigorous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, entering data into electronic health record (EHR) systems.\n Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with therapeutic advances.\n Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed based on individual response to therapy.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\nThe primary clientele consists of individuals of varying ages and backgrounds seeking help for a wide range of mental health issues. You will work with clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other serious mental health disorders.
