2nd Shift Warehouse Lead

Production SupervisorIron Mountain is a trusted leader in secure recycling and data protection solutions. Our Stow facility specializes in the responsible recycling of consumer electronics while ensuring safe handling and data security at every step of the process.Position Overview: We're looking for a dependable Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. This role is key in maintaining steady production flow, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and developing team members to perform efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate day-to-day 2nd shift production activities to meet targets for quality, efficiency, and safety.Train, coach, and motivate production staff to optimize performance and maintain compliance with company and safety standards.Monitor workflow to ensure materials, staffing, and equipment are properly allocated for production goals.Conduct shift start-up meetings and ensure smooth shift handoffs with 1st shift and management.Track and report production data, performance metrics, and any issues that may impact operations.Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Enforce company policies regarding attendance, safety, and performance expectations.Support new hires through hands-on training and ongoing performance development.Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety procedures.Qualifications:2–4 years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience.Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Basic computer literacy (for production tracking and reporting).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.Must pass drug screen and background check.Why Join Us:Competitive weekly pay with overtime available.Leadership role with growth opportunities.Stable schedule and supportive management.Be part of a company committed to sustainability, safe work practices, and employee development.
