Job Description Job Description We are seeking a talented and driven Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of land development experience to join our dynamic team in Orange County. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that shape the community. As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, contributing to innovative engineering designs, detailed plan preparation, and comprehensive project reports and studies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers to develop engineering designs for various land development projects. Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and project documentation. Assist in conducting studies and generating reports to support project objectives. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in land development. Proficiency in CAD software (Carlson/Civil3D/AutoCAD preferred). Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
