Associate Director for the Terrain Following Radars ProgramRaytheon is seeking an Associate Director for the Terrain Following Radars Program Area reporting directly to the Executive Director of Surveillance & Tactical Radars Solutions (STaRS). This is a highly visible program area within the Radio Frequency Solutions business unit in Advanced Products and Solutions working primarily with a government customer on products in all facets of the product lifecycle (production, sustainment and new development).You will be expected to set strategy, vision and direction for successful execution focused on overall product affordability, product integrity, and on-time deliveries to enable near, mid, and long-term business growth.This role is onsite in McKinney, TX.What You Will DoAccountability for profit and loss, AOP development and execution, and EAC inputsCoordinating and aligning interactions, dependencies, and transactions between customers and other primesDevelop and execute program growth strategies for domestic and international growthUnderstand and represent customer needs to leadershipBuilding and maintaining excellent relationships with the customer counterpartsResponsible for managing risk, opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performanceExpected to support domestic travel as neededQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experienceProgram management experience leading development, transition to production, production and/or sustainment programsExperience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, Scope Board, or similar business processesExperience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functionsQualifications We PreferProgram Management Level 3 Certification or ability to obtain within one yearProven success creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peersExperience working with U.S. Army, Navy, or other customers on government programs (large/complex) with direct customer interfaces, both internal and externalExperience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programsOversight and monitoring of supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessaryWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
