Summary: At Payvantage, our Customer Service Associates are the voice of ourbrand and a key part of delivering exceptional client experiences. Inthis role, you’ll support customers through phone, email, and livechat while providing clear, helpful solutions in a fast-paced,team-focused environment. You’ll build strong relationships, resolvequestions with confidence, and help customers get the most value fromour products and services. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customerinquiries by telephone, or email / Help Chat Conduct outbound communications to existing customers usingtelephone, email, and Chat Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products,services, and customer service policies Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questionsand check for customer understanding and acceptance Recommend new products or services or make suggestions forimprovements by identifying relevant features and benefits Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programsand answering any questions they may have Participate in training opportunities provided by theorganization or by outside entities Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by usingpositive language and anticipating their needs Requirements Qualifications: 2+ years of previous customer serviceexperience a plus Friendly and welcoming manner withclients and other members of the customer service team Extensive knowledge of the company'spolicies, procedures, goods and services Familiarity with customer-relationshipmanagement (CRM) software programs Ability to explain complex concepts ina clear, simple manner to customers Strong command of written and verbal English Ability to maintain a calm and politemanner in stressful situations Willingness to cooperate with customersand management to resolve any issues that may arise Office and database software skills. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to prioritize, multi-task andmanage time effectively. Ability to work independently or in ateam setting based on business needs Detail orientated Start earning$14.00–$16.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn monthlyperformance bonuses on top of your base pay.
